Every cash-on-delivery order waits for confirmation before it ships: the customer confirms in one tap on their order page, or you call them and confirm from your dashboard. You only ship confirmed orders, and cancelled orders return their stock automatically.
Do I need a commercial registration to start?
Not to create your store and try everything, and we'll guide you through what you need as you grow.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Cash on delivery, on every plan. And every order is confirmed before it ships: by the customer on their order page, or by you with a call.
I sell on another platform. Can I move?
Yes. Import your products yourself from Shopify or an Excel file, with photos, options and prices, and review them before you commit. Our team is there if you want a hand.
Does Nouq take a commission on my sales?
We don't take a share of your sales. On the Free plan it's just EGP 2 an order whatever its value, never more than EGP 2,500 a month, and Pro has no fee on orders. New stores until 31 January 2027 pay no fees at all for their first 3 months.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Start on Free and move to Pro whenever you need it, monthly or yearly. If you go back to Free, everything stays: your products, orders and customers. Only Pro's features stop.
Does the AI cost extra?
No. Nouq Copilot comes with Pro at no extra cost.
Is my store's data used to train AI?
No. Copilot only gets what it needs for the task you asked for, and your store's and customers' data is never used to train any model.
What if Copilot gets something wrong?
It suggests, you approve: you edit any text before saving, and discounts or changes only apply when you tap to confirm.
Why the name “Nouq”?
Nouq (نُوق) means she-camels — a herd that crosses the desert together. That's our idea: your store never walks alone. And yes, it rhymes with souq 😉
