Your old links still work
We keep each product's name from its old link, so visitors from Google or an old link land on the same product in your new store.

Your customers' privacy kept
Marketing consent never moves (PDPL), so your store asks again before messaging anyone. Expired coupons are left behind.

Questions about moving
Do options like sizes and colours come across?
Yes. Salla's file has a «product» row with «option» rows under it; we read them and group them under their product, each option with its own price, stock and SKU. You see the result in the preview before importing.
Does my Salla store stop while I move?
No. Moving is a copy, not a cut: your Salla store keeps selling until you point your domain at Nouq. Then cancel your old plan whenever you like.
How long does it take?
Most stores finish in one sitting: minutes to create the store and upload the file, then time to review the preview and set up payments and shipping. Connecting the domain depends on your registrar.
Do you need my Salla password?
No. The link reads what any visitor sees in your published store, and the rest comes from files you export from your Salla dashboard. We never ask for a password or keys, and never install anything in your store.
What about my customers and past orders?
Customers move from their export: phone, name and email, and the same number twice becomes one customer. Customers sign in to your new store with their phone number, so there are no passwords to reset. Keep your past order history as an export from Salla.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. Connect it in your Nouq store settings (from the Pro plan); once you update the DNS record we issue the certificate automatically.
What if my file has mistakes?
Nothing is imported until you approve it. The preview explains every row with a problem and how to fix it, and you can download the errors, fix them and upload again. Products you already imported are updated, not duplicated.
